Common Area Maintenance (CAM) are services that maintain, repair, insure, and manage the shared spaces and amenities of a community. Below are some of the various companies Regency Parc has contracted for Management, Maintenance, Waste & Recycling, Grounds Maintenance (Snow Removal and Landscaping), Dog Waste Removal, and Swimming Pool Maintenance.
RowCal Management MN, LLC, is our contracted management company.
They have been ired by the board to handle day-to-day operations, including:
· Financial management, such as budgeting and collecting dues
· Maintenance coordination for common areas
· Enforcing community rules and regulations
· Facilitating communication between the board and residents
· Organizing meetings and record-keeping
To support these operations, there is a RowCal Community Manager who works closely with the Board, as well as a response team "Care Team" that fields queries and issues that may arise.

Regency Parc Condominium Association contracts waste disposal services from WM (formally known as Waste Management).
In addition to refuse/trash collection for the Commercial Office Building, the following services are provided to all 86 individual units in the community: refuse/trash, recycling, organics, and seasonal yard-waste.

Dog Gone Waste Removal is our new vendor for waste management. They started February 12, 2026.
Currently, they are contracted for every other Thursday pick-up (see the schedule on the 'Calendar').
They bag up the waste and put it in the dumpster in our Community Shed.
We are pleased to announce that Frontier Pools has been selected as our professional service partner for the 2026 season. As a local specialist in commercial pool management, Frontier Pools will be handling our daily maintenance, chemical balancing, and system monitoring to ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents. You may see their technicians on-site daily performing routine inspections and service to keep our pool operations running smoothly.
