Yard-Waste pickup servic begins Friday May 1st  and runs every other week until the end of November (see the detail about Recycling, etc.)

This season Frontier Pools will provide services for our community swimming pool. More info about the pool can be found here.

Dog Gone Waste Removal is now our contracted vendor to handle dog waste. They started February 12, 2026, and service the waste stations every other Thursday. There is a schedule on the site Calendar. Please be patient as the vendor and the board get acclimated.

Several navigational and organizational changes have been and may continue to be made, into the summer. These changes should streamline several communication points, and be useful when spring and summer projects begin. One major change is to direct most traffic to the resident website, and reduce the homeowner site to more relevant homeowner-specific information. Thank you for your patience during these changes.
