There was a glitch with the email blast system while sending the Spring Newsletter out. Attempts appeared to have failed over the span of the afternoon. In the evening, all came through within minutes of each other. Our apologies for multiple messages.
Yes it was warm and a bit windy, but it was nice to collectively cleanup the property during our second annual Earth Day Clean-up event! Turnout, which was larger than last year, included board members, homeowners, and tenants.

Yard-Waste pickup service began Friday May 1st and runs every other Friday until the end of November (see the detail about Recycling, etc.)
This season Frontier Pools will provide services for our community swimming pool. More info about the pool can be found here.
Dog Gone Waste Removal is now our contracted vendor to handle dog waste. They started February 12, 2026, and service the waste stations every other Thursday. There is a schedule on the site Calendar.
Several navigational and organizational changes have been and may continue to be made, into the summer. These changes should streamline several communication points, and be useful when spring and summer projects begin. One major change is to direct most traffic to the resident website, and reduce the homeowner site to more relevant homeowner-specific information. Thank you for your patience during these changes.
