Speed Limit Reminder

A 15 MPH speed limit sign is installed near the entrance of the community.

This reflects what is stated in the Rules and Regulations

Section V: Vehicles and Parking Areas

1. The speed limit within the streets and driveways of Regency Parc is 15 miles per hour. Use caution for pedestrians and children.

We have a community of many children, pets, and walkers.
